We accept credit and debit card payment cards via paypal, YOU DO NOT need an account with paypal, you can just use your card/s in the normal way, paypal do the rest.
We do combine postage so you only pay one flat rate for one item no matter how many items you order…… ALL ORDERS OVER £35 are shipped FREE worldwide
All items will be shipped in suitable packing for mail purposes, however, we always use recycled OUTER packaging, , and were always happy to post to another address for gifts etc etc…you have the option of buying insurance, however we do as standard used ‘signed for delivery” which is more secure than standard postage for ALL orders within the UK…..International orders are sent using royal mail airmail, and we always obtain proof of postage for all items.
Once your item has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery time, although it should normally be delivered within 48 hours for UK addresses, and 5 to 10 working days for International destinations . Items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received, but please be aware that if your ordering a larger item delivery times for custom orders are definitely going to be longer…We have no control over delivery once your package has left our premises.

Refunds and Exchanges
Sussex Needles offers a 7 day no quibble refund policy, return postage cost will also be refunded , you do need to contact us first to inform us of the problem,,,,, simply return your item and once it arrives at our premises your refund will be paid in full. THIS HOWEVER ONLY APPLIES TO FAULTY ITEMS,,,
We will issue a prompt refund offer you an item in exchange. this does NOT apply to promotions and offers run by Sussex Needles
Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent loss or damage during transit.
We recommend that all returns be sent via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If you buy a product from sussex needles and you consider it to be faulty DO NOT TRY TO “FIX” IT if the product has been altered or adapted in ANY WAY sussex needles will NOT offer refunds or replacements on those products. please email photographs of the fault BEFORE you return the item,,,,, send your photographs to email@example.com.
